Domestic Orders (United States)

Domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail® (2-5 days) or USPS Priority Mail® (1-3 days). Your tracking number will be provided at the time your order is shipped.

International Orders (Worldwide)

International orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail® International (7-21 days). International packages may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and duties — these are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred. We are required by law to list the value of any international order directly on the package. For more information on customs, duties, and taxes that may be applicable to your international order, please contact your local customs office. Your tracking number will be provided at the time your order is shipped.

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to file the claim with USPS using the tracking number provided with your order.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item/s within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment. To be eligible for a return, products must be sealed, unopened, and unused.

Once we have received the product(s) a refund will be credited to the original payment account within 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

▸ To start a return, contact us at orders@breathbalm.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for return shipping costs. You must receive an RA# before your return will be accepted. Items sent back to us without first receiving an RA# will not be accepted.
